Sony PlayStation 3 Misses U.S. Target, Loses to Nintendo's Wii

Sony Corp. missed its initial shipment target for PlayStation 3 game consoles in the U.S. after parts shortages slowed production, while Nintendo Co. sold twice as many Wii players last month, researcher NPD Group Inc. estimated.
