Gorbachev: 'Americans Have a Severe Disease'

"Americans have a severe disease -- worse than AIDS. It's called the winner's complex," The former Soviet leader had severe criticism for two of the most important people in the Bush administration: Vice President Dick Cheney and Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.
