Podcasting Grows Up and Gets its Own Academy Awards

Podcasting has a new award based on the Academy Awards model. The Podcast Peer Awards are the first podcast awards given by podcasters, and the emphasis is on excellence rather than popularity. A unique voting system lets shows with small audiences compete with popular shows, and makes cheating virtually impossible.
