Who's the secret senator blocking S.2590?

Porkbusters wants to know...at least one senator has blocked S.2590, legislation that would create a 'google-type' search engine that would track how our tax dollars are being spent. Who's the secret senator(s)? Hmmm? Forty have checked in to deny it. Sixty haven't replied yet...here's the list
